Manual Taping Machine TRM-100

1.Overview

TRM-100 is a Semi-automatic taping machine with manual placement operation and multi-size adjustment.

It is suitable for small and medium batches of electronic components, connectors, hardware, plastic and rubber, and other products suitable for carrier tape packaging.

The basic principle is that the carrier tape and the cover tape are sealed together by means of hot pressing, and it is also suitable for the non-heat sealing of the self-adhesive cover tape and the carrier tape.

2. Operator

The Model TRM-100 must be hand-fed by an operator from either tubes or trays. Carrier tape motion can be continuous or intermittent, controlled by the foot pedal.
